Just had a normal delivery with a baby boy and yet again I stand, can’t thank you enough for the birthing class notes I followed again.

The breathing techniques were a savior as my pain was unbearable and the birth preference also came in handy. Deleayed cord clamping, skin to skin everything was just very clear to me.
