Nutan ma’am’s classes proved to be life changing . Her classes prepared me for a normal delivery without an epidural and that’s what I achieved . From teaching us what to eat during pregnancy and labour to how tactfully handle the hospital protocols , she makes you prepared for every situation .

I can personally touch for the fact that her classes not only help you through the medical situations which come with birth but also make your spouse more sensitive to you . She insists on everything “‘natural” .

Her ideas about how we are all mammals and should let ourselves be left to nature are a rarity in today’s times . I have a lot of respect for her , since she changed my life and had a serious impact on it .
