No Episiotomy No Epidural

Gave birth to a baby girl natural at 10.10am, the doctor was very proud of me.

Thanks to you I was able to make it without any intervention at all.

Between 5 and 9am had labour mix (Bach Flower) 3 times.

Used chest level plus out breathing, walking & swaying hip.

During pushing the concentration breathing came to my rescue…..
